Study's Show Napping Can Reduce Cardiovascular Problems

Does your workplace have a nap room? If not, you may want to suggest to your boss to make one because according to recent studies taking naps can reduce cardiovascular problems by 48% to non-nappers. According to the same study the length of the nap doesn't influence the findings.
