Has Your Social Media Cost You Potential Jobs?

Do you think potential employers should have the right to use prospective employees' social media posts in determining whether or not they should get hired?

Well, that is what this company did, and they are getting dragged for it. 

Emily Clow, an unprofessional bikini model, posted this photo and was denied the interview.

The potential employer reposted her picture with this written on it "PSA (because I know some of you applicants are looking at this): do not share your social media with a potential employer if this is the kind of content on it. I am looking for a professional marketer – not a bikini model."
