Iggy Azalea Teases 'Sally Walker' Video With Vanessa Vanjie Mateo, Shea Couleé & Mayhem Miller

March 11, 2019

As RuPaul’s Drag Race grows more and more popular in mainstream culture, we have seen drag stars popping up left and right in television, film, and music. That was no exception when Iggy Azalea teased her upcoming new track “Sally Walker.”

The star took to Twitter on Saturday (March 9) to tell her fans that her song was only a few days away, attaching one photo of herself, and another of Drag Race stars Vanessa Vanjie Mateo and Mayhem Miller posing under an umbrella. “5 days left till Sally…” she wrote.

Fans immediately began speculating on whether or not the drag stars would be appearing on the track or in the song's video. When asked by a fan why Vanjie was in her tweet, Azalea slyly responded, further teasing her fans about the queens' involvement. “I guess she knew miss sally walker,” the star wrote.

Mayhem Miller further fanned the flames of speculation by retweeting Azalea’s tease, and adding that fans should be excited for the brand new video, all-but-confirming her appearance. “YALL AINT READY FOR WHATS COMING…” she said.

Following Azalea's teases, former Drag Race contestant Shea Couleé seemed to spill the beans in an Instagram post, revealing that she would be appearing in the song's video. "Me and @thenewclassicwaiting on our Uber like..." the star wrote under a photo of her and Azalea posed in front of a black car. "I had SO MUCH fun working with Iggy and her team on this DOPE video."
