Thanksgiving Leftovers Linked to Spike in Food Poisoning

The CDC has issued a warning regarding link between Thanksgiving/holiday leftovers and food poisoning. According to the CDC, food poising spike tremendously in the holiday months. However, this is not due to how long the leftovers are eaten after it is prepared, but rather how long the food sits without refridgeration post-preparations.
